Shipping Charges

We now offer FREE shipping to all UK postal addresses.  If you are outside the UK please contact us for a shipping quote prior to making a purchase.

UK orders will be sent by First Class Mail.  All overseas orders will be shipped by air mail small packet service*.  Although most orders are delivered within 7 days, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Some international orders may also be required to pay additional duty fees depending on the country of destination. Please check with customs officials within your country.  Dogs N Dubs and its suppliers are not responsible for any customs fees, nor can  they accept a package (or have a package returned to them) that is stuck in customs.

Returns Policy

We will be happy to accept a return on on an item because of an error on our part, or because the product is defective. The item must be returned in its original, unused state within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us and a UK return address will be provided.  We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit and we therefore recommend that you send the package by Recorded Delivery.

A refund or replacement will be processed by Dogs N Dubs within 14 working days of receipt of the returned item. We will refund the cost of the return postage plus the original postage at the appropriate percentage.

Any refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase. Replacements will be to your original specification as detailed on your original order.

Colour Considerations

As all our products are made to order, we are not able to offer an exchange or refund on items which have been ordered in an incorrect size, colour, style etc.

Some designs are more suited to certain colours of garment.  Please note that if a design has a white section (for example, a white background or a white mouth or white vehicle panel etc), this part of the design will appear as the colour of the garment it has been printed onto.  An example of this is shown below.

Please also note that all colours depicted on this website are as accurate as possible given the constraints of reproduction and monitor colour profiles and therefore should be used for guidance only.

Clothing Information

Dogs N Dubs uses premium quality materials in conjunction with digital printing technologies, to produce high quality images without compromising feel or durability.  The resulting image is vibrant and durable, without that "decal-like" feel typically imparted by other heat transfer and screenprint methods. 

• Adult T Shirts (Gildan) - 100% pre shrunk cotton jersey, short sleeve, crew neck, weight 195 – 205 gms (depending on colour)
• Sweatshirts (Gildan) - 80% cotton/20% polyester, set in sleeve, crew neck, weight 325 gms
• Hooded Sweatshirts (Gildan) - 80% cotton/20% polyester, set in sleeve, pouch pocket, double lined spacious hood with matching colour draw string, weight 325 gms
• Ladies Fitted T Shirts (Continental) - 100% combed cotton interlock, short sleeve, round neck fitted t shirt, weight 240 gms
• Children's T shirts - 100% pre shrunk cotton jersey, short sleeve, crew neck, weight 195 - 205 gms (depending on colour)
• Children's Sweatshirts - 50% cotton/50% polyester fleece, crewneck, set in sleeve, 270 gms
• Children's Hooded Sweatshirts - 50% cotton/50% polyester fleece, double lined hood without draw cord in line with European childrenswear legislation, set in sleeve, weight 270 gms
• Ladies Organic Fitted T shirts (Continental) - 100% organic combed cotton interlock, short sleeve, round neck fitted t shirt, weight 200 gsm
